To connect to City utilities (water and sewer), customers are required to open an account in person by completing a Start Service Form (PDF), provide picture identification, and pay a utility service deposit which may vary depending on the customers credit rating. If you are out of the area, you may open a new account by using the Out of Area Start Service Form (PDF) and having the form notarized.
To discontinue utility services customers are required to complete a Stop Service Form (PDF) in person.
Water Billing
Billing occurs by the fifth working day of the month following service. Payments are due by the 25 of the month.
