Online Payment Option
If you have an internet connection and email address, you can now pay your bill online. The City has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay to provide fast and easy online bill payment services. 

How it Works
When you sign-up for online bill payment you will get a unique password that gives you access to your personal account at 

Every month you'll receive an email reminder to let you know your bill is available online.  Once you get the email, you simply log in through your web browser and view your bill (which will look very similar to the paper statement you're used to seeing).  

Next, you'll select a payment type - credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer - enter the information, and you're done!   

How to Sign Up
1. Go to
2. Click on "Create a free account."  (If you've already signed up, you can log-in with your email address and password).
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.  Note:  You will need a valid email address to create an account. 
4. After you submit your information, you'll receive a default password by email which you can change later.
5.Go back to and log in using your email address and password.  The "Add e-Bills" page will appear.  Follow the on-screen instructions to add the City to your Xpress Bill Pay account. Once you've created your account, you'll be able to go online anytime to view and pay your bills.

Q: Does it cost anything to sign up?
A: No. The service is free.
Q: What payment choices do I have?
A. You can pay your bill through Xpress Bill Pay using a credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer.
Q: What other information is available?
A: You can view up to a year's account history online, so you can compare your current bill to last year's bill.
Q: Do I have to use my own computer to pay my bills?
A: No  You can pay using any device with internet access, from anywhere in the world.  You just log in using your email address and password.
Q: How will I know if my payment went through?
A: Once the transaction is completed, you'll receive an email confirmation.
Q: Is my information safe?
A: Yes!  All transactions are handled on secure servers.  As long as you don't give out your password, only you will be able to access your account. Plus, your email and personal information will never be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.
