American Music
Festival |
|
|
|
The
American Music Festival (AMF)
concert series is a community production and admission is free.
Concerts are held
in Azalea Park at 1:00 pm
usually every other Sunday from
June to mid-September.
From pop, big band, bluegrass,
folk, celtic, rock, swing, jazz to zydeco, we have it covered all
summer long.
Support is primarily by sponsorship with additional revenue from
donations. These funds are used to hire and pay performers' expenses
and to cover the associated costs of holding the concerts,
including promotion, staging and sound equipment.
You can
be a part of this important concert series by attending and making a
contribution to the AMF. Thanks to the support of
the community, AMF concerts are artistic, enjoyable, and well
attended. The
AMF is
associated with the Brookings Area Council for the Arts (BACA), a
charitable non-profit organization. |
